Systems Development Engineer, Workforce Identity & Access Management

As a Systems Development Engineer in the Workforce Identity & Access Management team, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable solutions that enable identity management, access control, and data-driven decision-making. You will work in a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and smart risks.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing solutions to enhance identity verification processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design effective workflows.
• Creating and managing APIs to facilitate easy access to identity data.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity systems.
• Maintaining documentation and providing training for end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development or systems engineering.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages (Java, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments (AWS).
• Experience with identity technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) is a plus.
