IAM Support Analyst

Role Overview

This is an opportunity for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform Support Analyst to join a dynamic, hands-on team supporting technology-based changes within a security environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in Cyber Security and offers a pathway to transition into a technical development role through specialized training on the IdentityNow access management solution.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with various business teams to support the adoption and uptake of security platforms.
• Support and implement technology changes to platforms such as IdentityNow and ServiceNow.
• Participate in training to support the IdentityNow access management solution, with a long-term view of moving into technical development.
• Review controls and report any risks identified during daily activities.
• Support and analyze technical issues across mainframe, Wintel, and database environments.

Requirements

• Previous experience or a strong passion for areas such as identity lifecycle management, access management, single sign-on (SSO), identity federation, privileged access management (PAM), or access certification.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in development.
• Technical proficiency in at least two of the following: PowerShell, APIs/REST, SQL Server, Linux command line, and tools such as Putty, Filezilla, and Postman.
• A proactive communication style and the ability to ask questions to ensure the best solutions are implemented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint.
• Experience with mainframe environments.
