Role Overview

As a Freelance IAM Consultant and AI Trainer, you will use your expertise to enhance next-generation AI models by training systems in identity governance, access control, regulatory compliance, and IAM best practices. This role involves connecting with leading AI labs to accelerate progress in artificial intelligence through specialized technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks.
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven recommendations on access management, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance.
• Develop real-world case studies and scenarios based on professional IAM experience.
• Create scenario variations covering identity lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and explain gaps or risks in AI recommendations, providing structured, actionable feedback.
• Influence how AI systems interpret IAM best practices and security standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an IAM consultant with a solid background in identity and access management.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• In-depth understanding of access control models, authentication, identity governance, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and SOX.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver structured technical feedback.
• Availability to commit 8–20 hours per week and comfort working asynchronously.
