Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Build and Integration Analyst - Vice President

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Key duties include defining architecture and standards for IAM, managing IAM integration with other enterprise systems, and ensuring compliance with internal and external security policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM projects through the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish IAM architecture and strategy.
• Conduct assessments of existing IAM systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training for IAM systems users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IAM or related technology.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and technologies, including SSO and directory services.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional IAM certifications, with CISSP or CISM preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for IAM policies.
