Role Overview

The Global Cybersecurity IAM Analyst assists in the implementation and management of identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure the security and integrity of digital assets. Working closely with business, IT, and application teams, the analyst supports key IAM processes and technologies to ensure that only authorized individuals have appropriate access to critical resources. This role reports to the Global Cybersecurity IAM Director and requires a hybrid schedule with three days a week on-site at any office location in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in administering identity solutions, IAM applications, and tools such as Active Directory, Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration, and other identity applications.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the enforcement of IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead application onboarding workstreams to integrate access management processes for target applications as part of the Identity Governance and Administration program.
  • Participate in audits and access management process reviews, identifying control deficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Assist with the development and tracking of IAM metrics, KPIs, and reports to measure progress and communicate performance to management.
  • Support IAM tools and technologies, recommending enhancements based on organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with the IAM team to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions.
  • Administer user accounts, groups, and access privileges within the IAM system.
  • Resolve day-to-day IAM operational issues and escalations to ensure timely problem resolution.
  • Support the integration of IAM solutions into the overall infrastructure.
  • Participate in IAM-related projects, contributing to resource coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Stay current with IAM trends, tools, and technologies to improve the organization's security posture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related security discipline.
  • Experience with IAM tools such as Microsoft Azure AD, Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta.
  • Knowledge of IAM-related regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or specific IAM certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 to $98,000, based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Bonus: Annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of base salary.
