We are seeking experienced individuals with both broad and deep Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience to deliver strategy, assessment, implementation, and managed services to clients across various industries. Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while mentoring and influencing internal staff and client stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of assignments rather than a single area of focus.

  • Strong knowledge of AuthN, AuthZ, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Proficiency in IAM processes: lifecycle events, request/approval, password management, provisioning/de-provisioning, governance, and certifications.
  • Understanding of infrastructure configuration, including VPCs, network topology, DBMS, API gateways, and connectors.
  • Familiarity with IAM data schemas (e.g., Identity Cubes) and custom development/deployment.
  • Knowledge of NIST/ISO standards for IAM and common compliance requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, PCI, HIPAA, HITRUST, and CMMC.
  • Technical proficiency with Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field with a focus on information security.
  • 3–6 years of experience in IAM implementations with leading solutions like CyberArk, SailPoint, or Okta.
  • Prior management experience building and developing technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of computer network technologies, protocols, and topologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to senior management.
  • High degree of integrity and the ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and company policies.
  • Must not require sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., F-1 visa holders).

Benefits

  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
