Senior Software Architect, Identity Access Management

Identity is the new security perimeter. This role focuses on managing digital risk by applying security through identity integration and controls. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for the design and development of enterprise-grade Identity Management Products, leveraging deep expertise in IAM and public cloud environments to drive hands-on development and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Practice technical leadership in the design, development, and optimization of the Identity platform.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for IAM, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with engineering teams to enhance support for the Common Identity platform.
• Drive professional development and growth initiatives for team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in application architecture and development using Java.
• Proven experience developing enterprise-grade Security or Networking products.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols, specifically SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Strong knowledge of Security Protocols such as PKI and TLS.
• Expert-level technical knowledge in Enterprise Java, OOP, OOA, systems architecture, RESTful APIs, and related frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, Spring).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and container infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java reactive programming.
