  • Enforce Zero-Trust and Least-Privilege Architecture: Author and maintain fine-grained access governance policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) parameters.
  • Optimize Service Reliability: Build robust monitoring, alerting, and comprehensive technical runbooks to perform root-cause analysis on complex authentication or automated workflow degradation.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Implement GitOps workflows and Terraform to scale identity workflows and remove brittle, manual configurations across the enterprise environment.
  • Work Location: This role is primarily an in-office position based in the Bengaluru office.

Requirements

  • Core IAM Competency: Hands-on experience building, scaling, and maintaining enterprise-grade IAM processes utilizing Okta or similar modern cloud-native identity platforms.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and automation workflows for system integration.
  • IAM Process Expertise: Deep experience supporting SSO, MFA, User Provisioning, and Lifecycle Management, including integrating both SaaS and on-prem applications.
  • Automation and IaC Acumen: Proficient in writing structured automation logic using languages like Python or PowerShell, coupled with an understanding of configuration management tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • DevOps and Observability: Operational experience leveraging Git-based version control workflows and system health monitoring through platforms such as Splunk or Datadog.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional diagnostic capabilities to decouple complex authentication pathways and the ability to guide non-technical partners through application onboarding initiatives.
