IAM Business Analyst

About the Role

IBM Consulting is hiring an IAM Business Analyst to help organizations understand and manage the full identity lifecycle across the enterprise. The role focuses on IAM services, single sign-on, user identity management, automation, directory services, and security protocol support.

Responsibilities

• Use IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity, Okta, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra to support secure identity management.
• Develop scripts to automate identity provisioning and migration across cloud, OT, IoT, and enterprise IT environments.
• Support directory services using tools such as TDI and Active Directory.
• Help manage the enterprise identity lifecycle in a secure and efficient way.
• Apply SAML, OAuth, and scripting experience to strengthen identity management practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Exposure to IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity, Okta, SailPoint, or Microsoft Entra.
• Knowledge of directory services such as TDI and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, and scripting.
• Experience automating identity provisioning or migration across cloud, OT, IoT, or enterprise IT environments.
• Understanding of enterprise identity lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud Identity, Okta, SailPoint, or Microsoft Entra for SSO and user identity management.
• Advanced scripting skills for identity provisioning and migration automation.
• In-depth directory services knowledge, including TDI and Active Directory.
