This is an exciting opportunity to join the Textron Identity and Access Management team as a key contributor to the Enterprise IT function. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain identity-related solutions to support the enterprise's needs. The selected candidate will have strong analytical skills, be self-starting, and have a desire to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain identity-related solutions, such as authentication, authorization, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and account management.
Automate and optimize the Identity development process by developing scripts, workflows, or pipelines.
Manage and configure the Identity resources such as Entra ID, Active Directory, PingFederate, and other identity solutions.
Research and assess new solutions, products, and technologies that can enhance and improve services offered by the Identity team.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate identity solutions with other business applications and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues and incidents.
Ensure the compliance of the identity systems with the organization's security standards and policies.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
2 years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management
Experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, AD-LDS, Azure AD, etc.)
Experience with software development languages such as C#, PowerShell, Python, or Java.
Experience with relational databases, such as MS SQL or MySQL, and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB or Redis.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for managing cloud resources.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD tools.
This position requires access to information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Strong knowledge of identity concepts and standards, such as authentication, authorization, identity management, access control, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, etc.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Proven critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze information effectively to make sound decisions.
Ability to absorb new technology in short time frames.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that has competing and alternating priorities.
